• 4 boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Whisk syrup, soy sauce, and red pepper together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Preheat a nonstick skillet and coat with no-stick cooking spray. Add pork chops and sear about 3 minutes per side or until done. Remove from pan; brush one tablespoon of glaze mixture on each chop. Serve immediately.
