• 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 4 red potatoes (about 2 lbs), each cut into 8 wedges 
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with no-stick spray. Set aside.

Combine all ingredients except cheese together in a large bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese and bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
