• 1 English cucumber
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) grape tomatoes
  • 1 can (16 oz) large black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup oil and vinegar dressing

Cut cucumber into small chunks and add to medium mixing bowl. Cut tomatoes in half or quarters, depending on size. Add to bowl with the cucumbers. Cut olives in half width-wise and add to bowl. Top vegetables with feta cheese and pour dressing over all. Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

Makes 4-6 servings.
