- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup bread flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats, toasted
- 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
- 1-1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

- 1 cup + 2 tbsp waterÂ
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1/3 cup rolled oats, toasted
- 3 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tsp bread machine yeast
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select wheat/whole grain bread cycle and medium/normal crust color settings. Start bread machine. Remove baked bread when cycle completes.
