• 1 16-ounce bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coarse ground brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp celery seed
  • Black pepper to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, and olive oil. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, green onions, and celery seed. Pour dressing over salad mixture and stir well to combine. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste. 

Cover and chill at least an hour before serving.
