• 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust (at least 14″)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar. Mix until well blended. Thin with up to 1/3 cup water as needed to make a smooth pizza sauce.

Spread peanut sauce over crust. Top with cooked chicken and sprinkle with onion and cilantro. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.

Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
