- 2 16-ounce cans red cherries, water packed and drained
- 1 14-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 2 cups sour cream
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the sour cream. Fold sour cream into fruit mixture to blend. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
