• 8 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1-1/2 quart baking dish with no-stick spray. Set aside.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and and return to pan. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs. Stir well to blend. Spread spaghetti mixture in baking dish. Spread cottage over the spaghetti mixture, then pour marinara sauce evenly over top.

Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
