• 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets and stems peeled, quartered lengthwise, and cut into 2″ lengths
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil. Put broccoli on pan and toss with oil, garlic, orange zest, and pepper. Spread in a single layer.

Roast 20 minutes or until edges are brown and stems are tender. Toss with orange juice.
