• 1 12-ounce package fresh pork sausage links
  • 5 medium tart apples, cored and cut into large chunks
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausages for 10 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally. Drain excess fat. Add apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar and lemon juice. 

Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until sausages are fully cooked and apples are tender.
