• 1 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the water (milk) to a boil. Add oats. Stir and cook for 90 seconds. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Reduce heat to low and stir in the pumpkin mixture.
