- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 boneless or bone-in chicken breasts
Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Mix well. Place chicken in a glass baking dish or Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover (or seal bag) and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Discard marinade. Grill chicken until juices run clear, turning at least once to brown evenly.
