• 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 boneless pork loin chops (3/4″ thick)
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking dish with no-stick spray and set aside.

Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops and place in baking dish. Combine breadcrumbs and pepper; press onto top and sides of chops.

Bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until meat juices run clear and topping is slightly browned.
