• 1 2-lb boneless pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion

Place pork tenderloin in crock pot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Shred pork before serving.
