• 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp black pepper, divided
  • 2/3 cup shredded romano cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange florets on a large baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter and toss evenly to coat. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon black pepper, followed by 1/3 cup romano cheese.

Roast cauliflower until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes, gently tossing halfway through.

Transfer to serving bowl, then sprinkle with remaining pepper and cheese. Serve immediately.
