- 6 boneless pork loin chops (1-inch thick)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix
- 1 21-ounce can apple pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking dish with no-stick spray; set aside.
In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Spread pie filling into baking dish. Place the pork chops on top of the apples, then spoon stuffing over chops. Cover and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer read 160 degrees.
