• 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 lbs flank steak

Combine juice, soy sauce, onions, ginger, honey, and garlic in a large Ziploc bag. Add steak to bag. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, turning once.

Drain marinade. Grill or broil steak to desired level of doneness. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice thin across the grain and serve.
