- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 green onion (with top), sliced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1-1/2 lb salmon fillet
In a medium bowl, combine the juice, soy sauce, honey, onion, ginger, and garlic powder; mix well. Set aside 1/3 cup of the mixture; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining mixture into a large resealable bag or shallow glass container; add salmon and turn to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning once or twice. Drain and discard marinade.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil; set aside. Place salmon onto lined baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade. Bake 10-15 minutes longer until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting every 5 minutes.
