• 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 6 slices bacon, cut into pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with no-stick spray; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine brussel sprouts, bacon, garlic, and pepper. Drizzle with oil and toss until combined. Arrange mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake about 30 minutes, until brussel sprouts are tender and charred.

Meanwhile, combine vinegar, honey, and rosemary in a small saucepan. Simmer over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced by half. Remove from heat and let cool.

Drizzle roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic glaze and serve.
