• 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 6-ounce can tomato paste
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute ground beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. 

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
