• 8 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ x 13″ x 2″ baking dish with no-stick spray. Set aside.

Cook lasagna according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. Meanwhile, saute ground beef until lightly browned. Add marinara sauce and simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes.

Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles in baking dish. Add a layer of sauce, 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat process twice. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes until cheese is browned. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
