• 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 lb ground pork
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2-1/2 cups canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 ounces spaghetti

Brown meat in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes. Add olives, mushrooms, and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add tomatoes, water, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Break spaghetti into 3-4″ pieces and stir into sauce mixture. Bring to a boil. 

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer 15 more minutes.
