• 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
  • 8 thick slices cinnamon bread
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Spray a 15″ x 10″ x 1″ baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, orange juice, half and half, sugar, vanilla, and orange peel. Dip bread into egg mixture; let soak for 5 minutes. Place bread in baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and uncover.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drizzle butter over bread. Bake 35-40 minutes or until browned.
