• 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Combine turkey and spices in a large bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Add chicken broth, mixing well. Let stand 15-20 minutes.

Form turkey into 8 patties, approximately 3/4″ thick. Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat, 7-8 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked.
