• 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8″ square baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and seasoned salt. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into baking pan.

Bake, uncovered, for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
