• 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 5 cups frozen southern-style hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
