• 1 9″ unbaked frozen deep dish pie shell
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Thaw pie shell. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes or until light brown. Cool on wire rack.

Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onion into pie shell. Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl until well blended. Pour over cheese mixture.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
