Cake
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 21-ounce can fruit pie filling (any flavor)
Topping
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13″ x 9″ baking pan with no-stick spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and pie filling. Stir by hand until well mixed. Pour batter into pan.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, butter, flour, and cinnamon until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over cake batter. Sprinkle nuts evenly over the batter and topping.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
