- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
In a small glass bowl, stir together oats and water (milk). Microwave 3 minutes or until water is absorbed and oatmeal is cooked. Add semisweet chocolate chips, vanilla, and pepper. Stir to mix thoroughly. Sprinkle with dark chocolate chips and serve immediately.
