• 2-3 lbs boneless chicken breasts (or cut up broiler-fryer chicken)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 10.5-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 10.5-ounce cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings

Place chicken in a slow cooker. Season with pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well to blend. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
