- 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In 2-quart shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, and pepper. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with additional paprika and pepper if desired. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until rice is creamy and chicken is done.
