• 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

In a mason jar or small glass bowl, stir together oats, blueberries, and milk. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
