• 6 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice

Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Top with cranberries and sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg, cloves, and orange peel. Pour juice over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
