- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dried minced onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Combine garlic powder, basil, pepper, and minced onion in a small bowl. Spread over chicken, rubbing into both sides. Pour oil and garlic on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken on top. Pour vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
