- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1/2″ thick)
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp dried basil
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and onion. Brown pork chops about 3 minutes per side. Add the orange juice, orange peel, and basil. Cover and cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes until meat juices run clear.
