- 3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 boneless pork loin roast (about 3 lbs), halved
- 7-1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp cold water
Combine first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker. Add pork and turn to coat. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until done.
Remove roast from slow cooker and keep warm. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir in cooking juices from slow cooker. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with roast.
