• 1 boneless beef roast (3 lbs)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 hamburger buns, split

Cut roast in half; place in slow cooker. Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves, cloves, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or until meat is very tender. Discard bay leaves. Shred meat with two forks. Serve on buns.
