• 1 boneless pork loin roast (about 3 lbs), halved
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 16-ounce can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Sprinkle roast with pepper and place in a slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
