• 1 lb mahi mahi fillets
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and olive oil in a small bowl. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce mixture over fish and marinate at least 20 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add fish to pan; saute 4-6 minutes on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fish from skillet.

Pour reserved marinade into skillet and heat until reduced to a glaze. Spoon over fish.
