• 1 lb flounder fillets (3-4 fillets)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 tsp snipped chives
  • 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
  • 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Place fillets in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Cut tomato into 6-8 slices; overlap 2 slices on each fillet. Sprinkle with chives. Pour salad dressing over top and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
