- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup water
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9″ x 9″ baking pan or loaf pan with no-stick spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sugar, and cocoa. In alternating batches, add the flour, baking soda, and water, blending after each addition. Beat until creamy and smooth. Pour into baking pan.
Bake for 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving. Frost or dust with powdered sugar if desired.
