- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 16-ounce can solid pack pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 9″ pie shell
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients in order given (excluding pie shell). Beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
