• 3 avocados, halved and pits removed
  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup white onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Scoop avocado into a food processor; discard skins. Add tomatoes and onions. Process until blended, about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process another 20-30 seconds until desired consistency. Serve immediately.
