- 5 large ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 cup white onion, chopped
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1 serrano chili (optional), cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Place all ingredients into a food processor. Process 20-30 seconds until desired consistency.
Note: You can store this in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It gets better tasting and hotter as the flavors blend. To store longer, freeze in small, individual size containers or one larger one.
