- 2-2/3 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3-4 tbsp milk
Sift sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl. Add butter and milk. Stir until well blended. You can use an electric hand mixer if desired.
Makes enough for 2 8-9″ layers or a 13″ x 9″ oblong cake.
