- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 can condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13″ x 9″ x 2″ baking dish with no-stick spray. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients except cheddar cheese together; season to taste with salt and black pepper. Spread in baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Stir in cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
