• 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 12-ounce can of beer

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with no-stick spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with a spoon. You may need to add a few tablespoons of extra flour if the dough is too sticky.

Spread dough in the prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack before slicing.
