• 2 cups sliced apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking dish with no-stick spray and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, and cinnamon. Place apple mixture in baking dish.

In a medium bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, oats, baking soda, and baking powder. Cut in butter and blend with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over the apples.

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
