• 3 cups water
  • 1 14-ounce can chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 cup uncooked wild rice, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Combine all ingredients except spinach in a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours. Just before serving, add spinach and stir until it is wilted.
