• 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 15-ounce cans cannellini beans
  • 1 4-ounce can diced green chiles
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Dash of ground cloves

Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
